As women, sometimes we underestimate, the value that we bring to everything that we do, and everything that we are involved in.

Be A Source Of Encouragement And Support 

I have come across so many people in my life who were willing to change. They did not have the self confidence, and neither did they have the support. 

I encourage everyone who comes into contact with people who are trying to kick a bad habit, creating a difference in their family dynamics for the better, trying to be a shining star in dark places, working on their self development, or just genuinely being a good person, to please give them your encouragement.

Just a few kind words can go a long way.  A thumbs up with a smile can make someone who has little self confidence believe that they can achieve, succeed and overcome. An attentive ear and a caring attitude can save a potentially bad decision.

It costs us nothing to encourage and support others who are striving to do positive things, and want to make a difference in the world and in the lives of others.
